A huge shout out to Holeshot Powersports in Fleming Island Florida and Matt for an amazing customer experience!! We travel frequently with our bikes and always stop at Indian dealerships along the way. Matt at Holeshot Powersports provided the best customer service from an Indian Dealership we have ever experienced. We were on a motorcycle trip from Michigan and rolled in 15 minutes prior to closing and were offered refreshments and told not to worry about their closing time to take our time. Great conversations were had by other team members giving us information about our new bikes that we never received before and we ended up purchasing two jackets and a helmet. In today's world, it seems customer service is fading quickly. Holeshot Powersports is keeping it going, we truly appreciated our experience and will be stopping in on our next Florida trip.

First experience buying a new bike, and I'm glad I went here. Big Dave is great, gave me straight forward out the door pricing on the phone and was super helpful when I got there. Patrick back in financing was awesome too. Laid all the details out and explained everything in a way I could understand it all. No surprise fees, the phone price was the signing price. 10/10 would recommend.

Highly recommend Holeshot Powersports and Salesman DAS. Great experience purchasing a used 2020 Indian Scout Bobber Twenty DAS was my man!!! DAS had a ton of knowledge about the Indian brand and was very patient with me as I had only little experience buying motorcycles. He was great to work with, was very easy to reach via phone, email, or in person any time. He also went above and beyond with any questions or special requests I had! This is a no hassle, low pressure dealership and I would highly recommend to friends and family. Was happy to make a deal with them and would definitely consider them again in the future and make sure to find DAS!

Long time Harley rider... I went to the ONLY Indian dealer in town to be "converted." Well... I AM now an Indian convert! The bikes are awesome, powerful, reliable; holeshot has a selection and a great friendly staff. The product expert is DAS - he's easy to find because he's the guy at the front sales desk and zooms around the showroom on his mini-seque to you don't have to wait as they check numbers and he gets answers from tech guys if you are doing a custom build on a bike. Friendly, knowledgeable people - from the tech guys to the sales staff to the folks at the main desk running the big show. I'm a hard guy to impress - especially when it comes to sales - but these folks really pulled it off!

Sales person was fantastic. Das is an awesome person, BUT beware if you purchase a warranty. The finance person will not give you all the information or fine print. They say if you don't use any of your warranty by the time it is over they will fully refund your money. What they don't tell you is if you cancel prior you will be pro rated, or if you call to cancel 3 months before it's up, they wont tell you that you get all the refund back if you just wait 3 more months. Patrick also tells us that the dealership can make the decision to reimburse us and choose not to. We will not be purchasing anything else from this dealership.

David helped me out with my Indian when no one else did. He went out of his way to connect with me and has never even met me. I asked about 8 other people for help and David came through. I had an issue with my Android on the ride command and he was able to solve the problem via text and I'm on the opposite side of the US in California. David is someone who cares. I wish I was closer to shake his hand. Tx David.

My Polaris Slingshot purchase experience was outstanding from beginning to end! Sales rep 'Big' Dave was knowledgeable, professional and provided excellent customer service. I received prompt approval and my vehicle was delivered by driver in a timely manner and in great condition! I will definitely be purchasing from this dealership again in the future! I ordered my 2023 Indian Pursuit Darkhorse on November 18th. Das walked me through the ordering process making me feel confident and informed. He also helped with passenger armrests and set them up to be powder coated so they'd be ready for the bike when it arrived. He gave me a projected delivery time of late December. Das kept me informed weekly of the staus of the bike and adjusted arrival dates as they changed. Das called when my bike was ready on January 11th. When we went to take posession of the bike Das walked us through the entire bike from features of the heated seats, all the controls in the infotainment system, and features of the bike including electronic suspension adjustment, bag, and trunk removal, setting up my Indian account, setting security code on bike and much more. He went over the bike for at least an hour and was very helpful and knowledgeable when we had questions. Even after the purchase when I have questions Das returns my texts very quickly. Every department that I've delt with from sales to service are top notch.
